Digital Products — No Returns Policy

All digital products sold through The Cozy Cauldron Shop — including eBooks, PDFs, downloadable printables, and other digital content — are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

Because digital items are accessed instantly and cannot be “returned,” we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds after download or access has been granted.

By completing a purchase on ravenmorriganbooks.com, you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.

Why digital items are non-refundable

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. This policy protects the integrity of our creative work and prevents unauthorized redistribution.

We provide clear descriptions, previews, and samples (when applicable) so you can make confident and informed purchase decisions.

Physical Products Purchased Through Amazon

Any physical books or print products purchased through Amazon (or other third-party retailers) fall under their return and refund policies.

We do not manage shipping, returns, or refunds for physical items sold through retailers.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only at our discretion in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error

  • A product that is materially different from its description

  • Permanent inaccessibility of the file due to an issue on our end

To request an exception, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:
